Prices and Availability :-
Appletree Cottage is available for rental between June and September - Saturday 3.00 p.m. until the following Saturday 10.a.m. Prices (all inclusive) are £500 per week for June and July; £550 per week for August and £500 per week for September. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking and the balance paid before arrival. A refundable deposit of £50 is required as a security against damage.
A log fire will be laid in the woodburner (tenants to supply their own if required thereafter) and if it is at all cold, storage heaters will be left on. Tenants can, however, switch the heaters on or off as required. A large immersian heater supplies the hot water.
